- Size: glass is priced by the square foot, so wider or taller openings cost more.
- Number of panels and hinges: a corner or neo-angle enclosure needs more glass and more hardware than a single door.
- Out-of-plumb walls and curbs: older homes sometimes need custom-cut angles or channel to get a clean, leak-free fit.
